Albina's career in beauty began more than 20 years ago, starting in nail artistry before expanding into eyelash treatments and, later, education. Originally from Moldova, she moved to the United Kingdom in 2000 and went on to own and run two of her own beauty salons, as well as establish her own beauty training school, where she taught and mentored aspiring beauty professionals. Coming from a non-medical background, she chose to invest years in advanced study rather than treat that as a shortcut, learning from Russian doctors alongside extensive aesthetic and beauty training in the UK, and now holds a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetics. In her own words, results should come from honesty, knowledge and realistic expectations, never a promise of perfection, and that principle shapes every consultation at Lush Beauty Essex.

Beauty and Aesthetics
Albina moved to the UK from Moldova in 2000 and built her career from the ground up, starting in nail artistry before moving into eyelash treatments and, eventually, teaching. Along the way she owned and ran two beauty salons and founded her own beauty training school, mentoring other beauty professionals before turning her full attention to aesthetics and skin health. What drew her deeper into aesthetics was a genuine curiosity about the science behind skin, anatomy and ageing.
Coming from a non-medical background, she chose to invest years in advanced study, learning from Russian doctors and completing extensive aesthetic and beauty training in the UK, rather than treat her existing salon experience as enough on its own. That combination of hands-on salon experience, teaching and dedicated study is what now sits behind her Level 7 qualification in Aesthetics and every treatment she delivers at Lush Beauty Essex.

It also means your treatment history lives with the person actually giving your consultation each time, rather than being passed between different staff members who may not know your skin as well.

Albina's training and day to day practice cover the full range of treatments offered at Lush Beauty Essex, from HIFU non-surgical facelifts and body contouring through to anti-wrinkle injections, fat dissolving treatments, advanced facials and brow treatments, dermal fillers and skin boosters, facial peels, microblading, lash treatments, nail services, and waxing. Her background is unusually broad for a single practitioner: her career started in nail artistry, expanded into eyelash treatments, and later into running two beauty salons and her own training school, before she moved fully into aesthetics and skin health. That range means she has seen how the industry has changed over more than two decades, from traditional treatments through to today's technology led, medical grade options. A client can come in for a straightforward brow shape and tint, then return months later for a more involved HIFU or anti-wrinkle consultation, and be seen by the same practitioner who already understands their skin, preferences and treatment history.
New and Returning Clients
New clients are guided through whichever consultation or patch test their chosen treatment requires, so nothing is booked in blind. Returning clients are able to book more quickly since their consultation history and preferences are already on file.
Either way, every appointment is still carried out personally by Albina rather than passed to a colleague, which is part of why the same clients tend to keep coming back for their brow, skin and injectable treatments.
